Removals operations software for Total Moving Solutions staff.

TMS Operations System is the private, invitation-only operations platform used by employees of Total Moving Solutions, an international removals company based in the United Kingdom. The purpose of the application is to let those employees manage every customer move in one system — recording enquiries, arranging surveys, producing quotes, confirming bookings, taking payments, storing move paperwork and sending move-related email to the customer.

The app is not a consumer product and does not offer public sign-up. Accounts are created by Total Moving Solutions for its own staff. Customers of Total Moving Solutions do not log in here; they are served through totalmovingsolutions.co.uk.

What the app does

Leads, quotes & bookings

Staff capture enquiries for UK and international removals, build quotes, schedule surveys and confirm move dates from a single record.

Customer email from Gmail

With each staff member's explicit consent, TMS Operations System sends quotes and move confirmations from their own Google Workspace mailbox and shows customer replies against the matching job, so correspondence stays in one thread.

Move documents

Inventories, insurance paperwork and signed acceptances are attached to the job and, where a staff member connects Google Drive, stored in their company Drive folder for that customer.

Access control & audit trail

Only invited Total Moving Solutions employees can sign in. Every action is written to an internal audit log, and connected Google accounts can be unlinked at any time from Settings.

How TMS Operations System uses Google data

Google account access is optional and requested only from signed-in Total Moving Solutions staff who choose to link their work Google account in Settings. Where a member of staff grants access, the app uses Gmail scopes solely to send move-related email on their behalf and to read replies from customers so they appear on the correct job record, and Drive scopes solely to store and retrieve documents for that customer's move.

Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train generative AI models, and is not shared with third parties outside the transfer needed to operate the app. Access can be revoked at any time by unlinking the account in Settings or via Google account permissions. gmail.send — send quotes, survey confirmations and move updates from the staff member's own work mailbox.
gmail.readonly — read customer replies so they appear against the correct move record inside TMS Operations System.
drive.file — store and retrieve move documents (inventories, insurance paperwork, signed acceptances) created by the app for that customer's move.
